Pre-Qualification Process
All applicants are required to go through a pre-qualification process BEFORE scheduling an appointment to view any rental properties. Please fax (our fax is secure), mail or hand-deliver the completed Application Form and the Credit Card Authorization Form ($10 per person) to the local AHI office. If paying by check or money order, you do not need to complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
The $10 fee per person is non-refundable. *The Mobile and Huntsville offices require that the full application fee be paid at the time you apply to rent a home.*

In order to apply for a rental property, pre-qualified applicants must fax (our fax is secure), mail or hand-deliver the following to the local AHI office or apply online.
NOTE: If self-employed, retired or a trust fund benefactor, must also submit the first two pages of your federal tax return for the preceding year.

Copy of Your Social Security Card
Non-refundable Application Fee of $35 plus $35 (total of $45) for each additional applicant.
